Musical Production: Beauty and The Beast

Rehearsals have been underway since the end of Term 1 and 2025’s Musical Production of Beauty and the Beast is beginning to take shape.  We are fortunate to be among the first grants of the rights to this classic show following the end of its professional run. 

This year we have a large number of students, with over 100 participants in the program.  Students are involved with every aspect of the production including cast, backstage crew, costume, hair and makeup, and band.  Cast members are busy rehearsing twice a week after school and crew members are already working on the costumes, props and sets which will bring the show to life.

University High School will present Beauty and the Beast at the Clocktower Centre in Moonee Ponds in three performances from the 15th to 17th of August. 

Tickets will be made available closer to the date.
