💳 Qkr! by Mastercard – Our Whole-School Payment App

A reminder to families that Qkr! by Mastercard is our whole-school online payment platform, making it quick and easy to pay for a range of school-related items. Families can use Qkr! to pay for school fees, preschool contributions, school uniforms, excursions, special events, lunch orders and much more.

One important thing to remember is that Qkr! is a whole-school platform and is not customised to individual students. This means that when you log in, you may see payment options and items that do not apply to your child. For example, you may see an excursion, event or activity that is only relevant to another year level or class.

We ask families to please read the information carefully before making a payment and check that the item is relevant to your child. If it applies to your child, please proceed with payment as usual.

Please also ensure they you have updated your child's profile and they are correctly allocated to their 2026 class and room number. We have had a number of issues regarding children's food being delivered to the wrong class, due to children's profiles not being updated.
