Wakwakurna

 

We would like to thank our Wakwakurna students for the wonderful work they have been doing in representing their classes and supporting our school community.

Throughout the term, these students have taken on an important leadership role by helping to run meetings and share key information with their peers. They gather class news, listen to the ideas and concerns of others, and work together with fellow representatives to ensure student voices are heard. Their efforts help strengthen communication across the school and encourage all students to feel involved and informed.

Our Wakwakurna representatives also play an important part in promoting our school expectations. They support one another in highlighting areas where we may need reminders, such as wearing hats, collecting rubbish, and being aware of information related to special events. Their leadership helps create a positive, safe and respectful school environment for everyone.

Another exciting responsibility of the Wakwakurna group is selecting the options for our whole-school PBL voting. This voting cycle, students chose a Zooper Dooper Day as their reward, and it was an overwhelming winner! Students will be looking forward to enjoying their Zooper Doopers on the last day of term.
