HSIE Report

As 2019 becomes a memory, it never fails to amaze the HSIE Faculty how quickly the school year goes. It only seems like yesterday that we were busily planning and resourcing programs that we would run this year. There have been amazing highlights throughout this year – from our Geography Excursion to Mount Kosciuszko, the moving Year 10 Excursion to the Sydney Jewish Museum, fieldwork at Bouddi National Park and Terrigal, our preparations for Vietnam in 2020 to name a few.

Learning experiences do not happen by magic and I would like to thank my amazing HSIE Faculty for the expertise, passion and commitment they bring to the classroom on a daily basis. Huge thanks to Mr Ardley, Mrs Draper, Mrs Kostalas, Miss McLennan, Mrs Mitchell, Mr Newton, Ms Papadelias, Mr Rozario and Mrs Travica for all that you do to support students at Henry Kendall High School.
