And we’re back for an exhilarating Term 3!

This term is packed with excitement. It is only week 3 and we have already finished the blocking, choreography and learning of songs and harmonies for the ENTIRE show! The costuming is complete, with the exception of a wig or two, and the brilliant set and prop pieces keep on rolling in sparking delight as each piece reaches completion.

The cast has hit the ground running with regular rehearsals, Music Camp, an Awards Assembly performance of ‘Spread the Love Around’, and our final full-day rehearsal.

The next few weeks are also action-packed, kicking off with Monday night Sitzprobes, where the band (a combination of professional sessional musicians, instrumental music teachers, and 5 talented and dedicated students) and core cast play and sing through the score, refining cues and tempo. We are also looking forward to being joined by our backstage and tech crew for the extended Thursdays and Sunday rehearsals. Then we are off to Karralyka for showtime!
