Design & Technologies

Foundation students are continuing with the 3 week rotation where each Foundation students will work with Grade 5 Bell and Miss Lamb on how to log in, navigate the home screen and take photos and edit them. The other rotations including design and construction where students make things from cardboard or construct a tower from wood.

Junior Students have been making things from paper following instructions.

They made paper aero planes with straws, tested their design and had to adjust and make their plane better. 

Middle Students are working with cardboard to make and create small cars that move. They have been researching design ideas and drawing what they would like their car to look like. 

Seniors Students have started a project to make a car entirely from cardboard. These cars will be put to the test by going down a ramp to check for motion and steering but the challenge has also been set to make an elegant and stylish car.
