Learning in Prep

Our Preps and Grade 6 buddies have had a fantastic start to their buddy sessions this term! The buddy program is designed to help our Preps feel safe, supported, and connected as they settle into school life. It has been wonderful to see the friendships beginning to form between our youngest and oldest students.

So far, the buddies have enjoyed a whole-school scavenger hunt, taken part in a fun get to know you activity, and worked together to create their very own Buddy Bots while practising their subitising skills. The students have shown great teamwork, kindness, and creativity during these activities.
