Nomination 1: Amy - For writing a wonderful sentence about Clever Max. It was wonderful to see you growing your brain and writing the sounds you hear in words. Keep up the fantastic work!

 

Nomination 2: Slater - For consistently demonstrating our school value of Respect. It has been wonderful to see you being a role model for your peers and showing everyone how to face the speaker when we are learning. Keep up the great work!

Nomination 2: Matilda - For the kindness you show towards your peers in Prep B. It is wonderful to see how you willingly work with anyone in our class and always do so with respect. We are so lucky to have you as part of our class!

Nomination 1: Oliver - For the fantastic effort you showed during our Write the Room activity on subitising! You did a wonderful job looking carefully at the different representations of numbers and recognising how many there were without needing to count each one. Well done, Oliver!

 

Nomination 2: Solas - For creating a great  Friend-o-Meter using objects from around the classroom.I loved how you included an arrow to show how we can move towards healthy friendships. Great job Solas!

Nomination 1: Ivy - You were nominated by your classmates for making good choices about what to do with friends, even when it feels tricky. You should be very proud of yourself for this. Your peers see you and are celebrating you! 

 

Nomination 2: Ezra - You were nominated by your classmates for being a good friend in the playground. It is so important to be a kind person and include others. We are lucky to have you in 1A!

Nomination 1: Rosie - For the enthusiasm you showed when playing ‘Get Out Of My House’ in maths. You did an amazing job at practising your addition and subtraction. I am so proud of you.

Nomination 2: Dim Boih - For your incredible effort in NAPLAN so far. It has been fantastic to see your interesting story about two rock friends and the lizard. I love your experimenting with dialogue and your hard work at being a learner in your editing process. Keep it up!!!

Science & Technology

Nomination 1: Rose (3D) - For your exceptional listening skills and ability to follow instructions. You are keeping up with the students who have been using Apple Apps for years! You’re amazing!

 

Nomination 2: May Sie (3B) - For your consistent excellent learning behaviours. You listen brilliantly, you work very hard the whole time and you finish first with well produced work every single session!
