District Athletics

After experiencing lots of success at the Yarra District Athletics Carnival earlier this year, Paisley Stock and Aemelia Stevenson ventured out to the Eastern Metropolitan Region Athletics Carnival. Both girls did an outstanding job representing the school and were competitive in the various events that they tackled on the day. Well done, Superstars!

Interschool Sport - A Special Innings

Earlier this term a group of our Year 9/10 boys played in the Yarra Division Interschool Cricket Competition. We lost our first game to the highly rated Upper Yarra SC but then managed to achieve a win against Lilydale Heights in the second game. Chasing Lilydale Heights’ 64 runs off 10 overs, Captain Denzel Parsons smoked their bowlers to all parts of the ground with a hard-hitting 51 off 32 balls to see our team over the line with two overs to spare. His brilliant innings included five boundaries and four sixes. 

Well done Denzel and also to the whole team on a fantastic effort!
