SPANISH

In Spanish, our students have been exploring some of the most vibrant festivities from Spanish-speaking countries. We have learnt about Día de los Muertos in Mexico, La Tomatina in Spain, and Carnaval de Barranquilla in Colombia.

To showcase their learning, students have been working in groups to research a celebration of their choice.

They will soon be presenting to the class, sharing the traditions, history, and cultural significance of these unique festivals.

It has been an engaging way to bring language and culture together in our Spanish lessons!
