Saver Plus is a free financial education and matched savings program that helps eligible parents and carers develop lifelong money management skills while saving for education-related expenses. Participants who complete the program can receive up to $500 in matched savings to put towards essential school costs such as uniforms, books, stationery, technology, camps, and other learning-related expenses.

The difference Saver Plus can make

One recent participant, a young mother, credits Saver Plus with transforming her financial confidence during one of the biggest transitions of her life—starting a business and raising her first child.

"Before Saver Plus, I felt anxious and unstructured with money. The program gave me tools, strategies and a foundation I still use every day."

She now uses practical habits such as tracking her spending and separating needs from wants, helping her family work towards buying a home.

Her advice to others?

"There's a lifetime of value in learning these money skills. Just go for it."

Stories like this demonstrate that Saver Plus is about more than helping families meet immediate education expenses—it's also about building confidence and financial wellbeing for the future.
