On the evening of Thursday 27 November, Brunswick Secondary College proudly opened the 2025 Media, Art & Design Exhibition to the school community.
The launch of the exhibition was a vibrant and memorable occasion, filled with colour, music and a palpable sense of excitement.
Student work from Year 7 through to Year 12 was represented, with a diverse range of artworks selected for display. Throughout the evening, students confidently shared their creative achievements with family members, friends and the wider school community. Adding to the atmosphere was Year 9 student Arlo Honey, whose live guitar performance provided a refined and welcoming ambience to the space.
The exhibition showcased an impressive breadth of work across multiple learning areas, including Textiles, Ceramics, Woodwork, Art, Media and Design. the Visual Art & Design Learning Area staff had the pleasure of presenting awards to high-achieving students in each discipline, along with three People’s Choice Awards, determined by votes from members of the school community.
The following evening, the exhibition was opened to the broader Brunswick community in conjunction with the Twilight Market.
Hundreds of visitors attended, taking the opportunity to engage with and admire the outstanding work produced by our students.

The teachers of Art, Design, Media and Technology were immensely proud of the creativity, skill and dedication demonstrated by students and were delighted to share this exceptional exhibition with both the school and wider community.
