Year 10 Outdoor Education Camp

How’s the serenity?
Our Year 10 Outdoor Education students recently embarked on an unforgettable camp to Wilsons Promontory National Park, where they spent several days immersed in the beauty of one of Victoria’s most iconic natural landscapes.
The camp offered students a chance to disconnect from technology and reconnect with nature, building teamwork, resilience, and independence along the way. Days were filled with outdoor adventures – from hiking through stunning coastal trails and exploring native wildlife, to kayaking across calm waters surrounded by breathtaking scenery.
In the evenings, students enjoyed a slower pace, sharing laughs over card games, campfire chats, and sunset views that painted the sky in spectacular colours. The experience was not only a physical challenge but also an opportunity for students to strengthen friendships and develop a deeper appreciation for the environment.
The memories made and lessons learned at Wilsons Prom will no doubt stay with our students for years to come. A big thank you goes to the staff who supported the trip and ensured everyone had a safe, enjoyable, and truly memorable outdoor experience!
