State Hockey Final

Winners are grinners!

A huge congratulations to our talented Year 7 and 8 Hockey teams, who delivered an outstanding performance at the Southern Metro Regional Finals recently, finishing the tournament undefeated and claiming the championship title!

Throughout the day, both teams showcased incredible teamwork, skill, and determination. Their hard work at training clearly paid off, as they moved the ball with precision, communicated effectively on the field, and demonstrated excellent sportsmanship in every match. Each player contributed to the success, with strong defensive efforts, clever plays in attack, and unwavering team spirit.

The students represented BSC with pride, and their positive attitude and commitment to supporting one another were just as impressive as their results on the scoreboard. Thanks also go to the coaching staff and support crew for their guidance and encouragement throughout the season.

With this victory, both the Year 7 and Year 8 teams have now earned a place in the State Finals next week, which is an exciting opportunity to compete against the best schools in Victoria.
