2027 Prep Enrolments
Due to increased demand, we are pleased to advise that enrolments for our 2027 Prep intake are now open.
Families are welcome to submit enrolment applications at any time. However, we strongly encourage our existing families to complete their child’s application as soon as possible to assist us with planning for the 2027 school year.
All enrolments are now completed online. To apply, please visit our school website and select the Enrol Now button to access the application form.
While applications should be submitted before 31 July, we strongly encourage families to enrol earlier where possible.
If you have any questions or require assistance with the enrolment process, please do not hesitate to contact the school office.
Student Absences
We sincerely appreciate your support in entering your child’s absences into PAM. Your cooperation assists us greatly in maintaining accurate attendance records.
To ensure we continue to meet our Child Safe Standards and Duty of Care obligations, we kindly ask that parents and carers enter absences in PAM for full-day absences ONLY.
If your child is arriving late to school a responsible adult must accompany the child to the office to sign them in upon arrival. Our office staff will mark their late entry upon their arrival.
If your child needs to leave school early, you are welcome to email or phone the school beforehand, and we will make every effort to have your child ready and waiting in the office when you arrive. A responsible adult must sign the child out at the office at the time of collection.
This process is essential to ensure all students are accurately accounted for during the school day and to ensure accurate records in the case of an emergency evacuation.
We appreciate your understanding and ongoing support in helping us maintain a safe environment for all students.

PURPLEUP!
Students and Staff are invited to wear a touch of Purple on Thursday March 26.
SHPS has families in our school community who are directly impacted by Epilepsy on a daily basis. As a school this is an opportunity to raise awareness and support those families and individuals involved.
