Prep Highlight

In Prep, we have been busy becoming pattern experts! We have been learning how to spot, copy and create two- and three-part repeating patterns. From clapping patterns and coloured blocks to shapes and actions, we’ve discovered that patterns are everywhere!

To celebrate the end of our unit, we took our learning to the next level with a very exciting (and delicious!) activity….. creating repeating patterns using Skittles. It was a fun, hands-on way to show what we know, and we proved that learning about patterns can be just as sweet as it sounds!
