On Friday 21st August the winners of the 4 categories were announced, and they are: 

Younger Readers – Inked Author Karen Wasson & Illustrator Jake A Minton

Early Childhood Book of the Year – The Emperor’s Egg Author & Illustrations Rae Tan

Picture Book of the Year – Once I was a Giant Author & Illustrator Zeno Sworder

Eve Pownall Award – Peculiar Parents Author Stephanie Owen Reeder & Illustrator Ingrid Bartkowiak

Interesting Fact - the winner of the Picture Book goes to the illustrator, and Zeno is the author and Illustrator. 😊
