Today’s young people are facing pressures at an increasingly early age—social media, vaping, toxic friendships, and the everyday stresses of growing up in a fast-changing world.
Our program is designed to equip parents with practical strategies to strengthen connection, improve communication, and support their young person’s wellbeing.
In this program, we’ll explore:
- Understanding and supporting teens under the pressure of social media
- Recognising and addressing vaping and other risky behaviours
- Navigating toxic friendships and peer influence
- Dealing with daily pressures and emotions
- Practical tips for building communication, resilience, and emotional wellbeing

Seaford Little Athletics Centre has opened registrations for the new Summer Track & Field season. Our club is focused on providing an environment to build the fundamental skills and confidence, foundational to many sports. Kids can be ages 5 - 17. Info for signing up can be found on the flyer.
