As we head into the back end of term, the focus in Senior School is firmly on preparing our Year 12 students for their final assessments. With their last SACs being completed and practice exams scheduled for next week, students are beginning to consolidate their revision and prepare themselves for the rigours of the final exam period.

Earlier this term, our Unit 3 & 4 cohort participated in an Elevate Education exam skills session, which provided valuable strategies around time management, exam techniques, and study planning. Feedback from students was positive, and we hope to see these skills reflected in their upcoming practice exams.

On a different note, I’d like to acknowledge the generosity and community spirit of a number of our senior school students who took part in The World’s Greatest Shave. Several had their heads shaved or hair cut in front of their peers, raising funds and awareness for the Leukemia Foundation. This was a wonderful example of leadership and compassion within our senior school community.

I’d like to thank the staff for their ongoing support of our students during this important period, and we look forward to celebrating their efforts as they move towards the end of their VCE journey.
