St Stephen's Day!

The final day of Term 3 was filled with energy, laughter and a strong sense of community as students and staff came together to celebrate St Stephen’s Day.

The festivities began with a special College liturgy, providing an opportunity to reflect on our faith, our patron saint and the values that unite us as a College community. From there, the excitement continued with the annual Talent Quest, where students took to the stage to showcase an impressive range of talents, entertaining the crowd and demonstrating the confidence, creativity and enthusiasm that make St Stephen’s such a vibrant place to learn.

The celebrations then moved outdoors for the much-anticipated St Stephen’s Day Fete. Students enjoyed a variety of games, activities and delicious food stalls, creating a festival atmosphere across the College. The fete provided a wonderful opportunity for students from all year levels to spend time together, build connections and celebrate the end of a busy and successful term.

The afternoon featured two crowd-favourite events. The Tug-o-War Championship saw the Houses battle it out in a display of strength, teamwork and determination, with Augustine emerging victorious and claiming the coveted trophy. To round out the day, students and staff faced off in the annual Staff vs Students Netball Match. Despite a valiant effort from the students, the staff proved too strong this year and retained bragging rights with a 30-2 win.

St Stephen’s Day was a fitting conclusion to a term filled with learning, achievement and opportunity. Thank you to the many staff, students and volunteers whose efforts helped make the day such a memorable occasion.
