Sophie Kurzman selected in Australian Lawn Bowls Squad
Congratulations to Ballarat High School past student Sophie Kurzman (2019) who has been selected in the Australian Lawn Bowls team competing in the Oceania Challenge held in New Zealand throughout November.
This is the first time that Sophie has been selected to represent Australia in the Lawn Bowls.
While at Ballarat High School, Sophie was an instrumental student in the success of our Lawn Bowls and Netball teams. Hopefully in the future we see Sophie competing in the Green and Gold at the Commonwealth Games!
The school offers Lawn Bowls in Term 1 as part of the BAS After School and SSV State competitions.
