Sick Bay 

If your child needs to take medication at school, a Medication Authority Form must be filled out and the Medication stored in Sick Bay.

No student is allowed to carry any medication on them eg: Panadol, Nurofen, Ritalin, or any medication taken for ADHD.

If your child needs to have Panadol at school and has none stored in Sick Bay, you will be called to get permission to administer medication to your child. A Medical Authority Form will be given to your child for you to fill out and send back with the medication to be stored in Sick Bay.
