Market Day success

Market Day 2026: A Roaring Success
This year's Market Day delivered once more on Friday 11 September, bringing the school to life with the sounds of business, laughter and friendly competition.
Students flocked from stall to stall to try out carnival games, get their faces painted and take photos at the photo booth, making memories with friends throughout the event. Silly socks and keychains were among the popular items that students wanted as fun souvenirs.
A balloon throwing stall added a splash of fun to the day, while the basketball tournament drew a crowd of competitive spectators cheering for their peers. Teams had clearly put months of planning into their setups, and it showed in the creativity and enthusiasm on display across every corner of the venue.
Of course, no Market Day would be complete without the food, and this year’s offerings did not disappoint, with queues forming for everything from sweet treats to savoury favourites as students and staff hurried to buy something before stocks ran out. Every dollar raised on the day went straight to charity, meaning all the fun doubled as a chance to give to the community.
None of this would have been possible without the guidance and support of Mr Sacco and Mr Armistead, whose efforts helped bring the whole event together.
Congratulations to all the teams involved on a fantastic day!
