End of Term 3 :

NRL Development Officer Visits HPE Classes

Our Health and Physical Education students recently had the fantastic opportunity to work with Pouvi Feo, an NRL Development Officer, who visited our classes to deliver an exciting rugby league skills session.

Students developed and practised a range of rugby league skills, including passing, catching, evasion, support play and decision-making, with a strong focus on applying these skills in game situations. Rather than simply practising individual skills, students were challenged to use their skills while working with teammates, making decisions and responding to different situations during modified games.

The sessions provided students with an opportunity to develop their movement skills, teamwork, communication and game awareness in a fun and engaging environment. Students thoroughly enjoyed the experience and appreciated the opportunity to learn from a development officer with specialist knowledge and experience in rugby league.

A big thank you to Pouvi Feo and the NRL for supporting our Health and Physical Education program and providing our students with such a valuable and enjoyable learning experience.
