Dear Jesus,
Tuesday was a very special day for our Sacramental children who received You in Holy Communion for the first time.
Thank You for loving these children and always being with them.
We thank You for the families, teachers, priests, and friends who helped the children prepare for this special moment.
Help these children follow Your example by being kind, loving, and forgiving. Teach them to share Your peace with others and to always make good choices.
May receiving You in Holy Communion, bring joy to their hearts and help them grow closer to You every day.
Bless their families and all who celebrated them.

Dear Parents,
On Tuesday evening our Sacramental children from grade four celebrated their First Communion in St. Patrick's Church. The sacrament of Eucharist completes their initiation into the Catholic Church. The evening was a sacred moment in the lives of these young children who received the Blessed Sacrament with reverence.
School Dance Group
Last week our School dance group participated in the Albury Eisteddfod in the Jazz section 3-6. The girls danced on point, very technically and with precision. They were delighted to be awarded Winners in their section. We congratulate the girls and thank Miss Sam, Mrs. Peters and Mrs. Chamberlain for supporting the dancers.
St. Bernard's Day
Today at 9.30am we celebrated in our hall for St. Bernard's Day. St. Bernard is the Patron Saint of our school. At our liturgy we launched our new St. Bernard's School Song.
Book Week parade.
Next Tuesday is our Book week parade. The parade starts at 9.10am with all classes parading, many families join us for this fabulous celebration of books, and we invite to join us again this year.
This Week is Bullying No Way National Week of Action.
Bullying No Way Week is Australia’s leading initiative for bullying prevention in schools. It’s an opportunity for schools to foster a shared understanding of bullying behaviours and highlight strategies for their prevention, all classes will be focusing on this at the appropriate level.
