Tuna Mornay

We all know that household budgets are stretched to the max at the moment, bills have skyrocketed and food is at its most expensive. Feeding a family, good nutritious meals each week can at times be a struggle.

I remember as a kid growing up on the farm, a family of 6, my mum was great at budgeting, we didn’t eat 'fancy' but we always had a wholesome meal on the table.

One of the dishes that was a regular in our household was Tuna Mornay. I have to confess I rarely make it for my family as I ate it way too much as a kid. It’s quick and easy to make, fills you up, and is quite inexpensive to prepare.
