Student illness and leave arrangements 

We’d like to remind families of the College’s procedures and expectations for supporting Senior School students who become unwell during the school day.

Students must not call or email parents or carers directly to arrange to go home; all illness-related communication must occur through the College.

If a student becomes ill:

• They should inform their Class Teacher, or their Pastoral Care Teacher or House Leader during break times.
• The staff member must provide a signed note or an email directing the student to the Student Services office.
• Once Student Services receives written approval, the office will contact parents/carers to arrange for the student to go home.
• Senior students are also required to sign out at the office before leaving the College. 

Please contact the College if you have any questions or require any additional details regarding our procedures and expectations. 

School toilets | Important reminder 

All adults visiting the College – including parents, carers, contractors, volunteers and delivery personnel – are strictly prohibited from using student toilets. These toilets are clearly marked 'Student Only' to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students. 

Designated visitor toilets are located next to the Junior School office and must be used by all adults on school grounds.

Consent2Go profile update 

A Consent2Go profile update will be sent during term break. New families should read the Consent2Go information letter linked here and provide a signed Authorisation for Medication form where required. 

Please ensure all medical issues are included in your child's profile. This must also cover temporary conditions such as concussion, broken bones, sprains, or any short-term injury or illness. Adding these details allows us to offer appropriate support and adjust activities where necessary. 

Year 9/10 2027 Elective Course Night

We look forward to welcoming students and families tomorrow (Thursday 9 July), from 5.30pm–7.00pm in the Mary Morgan Wing, for the Year 9/10 Elective Course Night.

School holiday office hours

During the school holidays, the College office will be open for enquiries between 9.00am and 3.00pm, Monday to Friday. Our usual term-time hours of 8.00am to 4.00pm will resume on Tuesday 28 July, the first day of Term 3.

Your support will help fund future building works, including our proposed Presentation Arts Precinct – a new state‑of‑the‑art Visual Arts space honouring 250 years of the Presentation Sisters. This precinct will be a vibrant addition to our Arts Program and a meaningful investment in the future of our young artists.

Guests will also be treated to a special exhibition of student artworks from Kinder to Year 12 celebrating this milestone.
