Japanese Sister School Visit

From the 31st of July to the 6th of August, Wyndham Central College had 14 students from Mito Aoba High School from Aichi, Japan, our sister school in Japan.  

Over their time in Australia, the students were able to experience how to bounce and kick a Australian football and played a match against their buddies in a modified Netball game. They also learned how to cut and sand wood in creating a boomerang.  They participated in trialling, making Australian food, learning in our classroom with their buddies and also took part in an Amazing Race experience in the City.  

Thank you to all teachers, staff, parents and everyone else that supported their stay and experience. It was amazing to see not only our guests having an amazing time, but our students ensuring they had an awesome experience in Australia.
