Table Tennis-Year 7, 8 and Intermediate
Over the first three weeks of Term 3, our Year 7, Year 8, and Intermediate students have proudly represented Wyndham Central College in Interschool Table Tennis competitions. Each team brought incredible enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and determination to the tables, showcasing not only their growing skills but also their team spirit and resilience.
It was fantastic to see students giving their best in every match, supporting one another, and, most importantly, having a great time while competing against schools from across the district. These events are not just about winning — they’re about learning, connecting, and embracing the fun of friendly competition.
A huge thank you and congratulations to the following students who represented our school with pride and positivity:
Year 8- Thawwah Htoo, Aldrianne Limbaroc, Yayha Nasir, Kay Htoo Shar, Ben Taroy
Big shoutout to Aldrianne who always took the No.1 player from the opposition.

2025 SSV Western Metro Division Futsal competition
The Year 9-10 Boys’ and Girls’ teams proudly represented the school at the 2025 SSV Western Metro Division Futsal competition, held at Derrimut Sports Stadium. The girls started strong with a 2-0 win over Bemin SC, followed by a 2-0 loss to Manor Lakes and a narrow 2-1 defeat to The Grange in a tightly contested match. Despite solid performances, they narrowly missed a spot in the semi-finals on goal difference. The boys opened with an impressive 6-2 win over Truganina but were edged out 5-4 by The Grange after conceding two goals in the final 30 seconds. In the semi-final, they were outplayed by Bemin SC, going down 4-1. Well done to all players, and thank you to Mr Bosevski and MR Rolevski for coaching and supporting the teams.
Upcoming Term 3 Sports
As Term 3 continues, our sporting calendar remains action-packed! We have upcoming competitions in Basketball for Year 7, Year 8, and Intermediate teams, as well as Division Athletics, the exciting Relay Challenge, and the Western Metropolitan Region (WMR) Finals for our Intermediate Boys Soccer team.
All teams have assigned coaches — students are encouraged to check in with their coach for training times and event details. For any additional questions or support, please see
