Valleydale Café has opened!

We have been so excited to move into our new café and finally run our first Café sessions for staff.   We were able to open our fireman’s door and set up tables, umbrellas and chairs outdoors which was just fantastic. The weather was beautiful and just added to the ambience of the new space.   Our staff were extremely supportive and the students received so many positive comments. 

I was so impressed with how much the students have progressed and how well they ran both café sessions. Their coffee making skills have improved so much and they are now becoming more independent. It is such a pleasure to watch them grow in confidence. 

The café will open to our school community each Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for most of Term 2. We invite you to attend but it is always best to check with the school regarding opening times in case we have a whole school event that prevents us from opening.
