Year 11/12 VCE-VM

On Tuesday 19th of March, the Year 11 and 12 VCE-VM students had the privilege of having guest speaker Scott B Harris come in for a presentation in our Performing Arts Centre. Scott shared his compelling story of resilience and navigating life with an acquired brain injury. Engrossed in his presentation, students actively absorbed his insights, posing numerous questions to deepen their comprehension and enrich their reflections for assessment purposes. Scott's main points were focused on choices, mindset, goals and perseverance, providing students with valuable tools and strategies to employ whenever they encountered challenges, thereby empowering them to navigate adversity with resilience and determination.
