This year’s Book Week celebrations were a roaring success, bringing excitement and a love of reading to students throughout the week. 

Each day, the library buzzed with activity as students participated in a variety of engaging events, including bookmark making, scavenger hunts, bingo, and literary-themed puzzles. Prizes were awarded to lucky winners, with additional participation prizes ensuring everyone had a chance to be recognised.

The excitement extended beyond the library, with daily Book Week announcements and activities shared over the PA system. Students enjoyed hearing about their teachers’ favourite books and testing their literary knowledge in games such as Guess the Book from the Movie Adaptation Song.

Of course, the highlight of the week was the much-anticipated dress-up day. Students and staff alike embraced the spirit of Book Week, arriving as beloved literary characters and bringing the pages of their favourite stories to life. The creativity, enthusiasm, and community spirit on display made this year’s celebrations one to remember.
