PRINCIPAL'S WELCOME
As we come to the end of Term 3, I would like to take the opportunity to congratulate our students, staff and families on another busy and successful term at Mickleham Secondary College.
Term 3 has been filled with a wide range of opportunities for our students to learn, challenge themselves and build connections beyond the classroom. We have seen students represent the College across a range of sporting events, while our Year 7 students enjoyed a fantastic Rugby Gala Day on the final day of term. These opportunities continue to be an important part of developing teamwork, resilience, confidence and a strong sense of community.
Our City Experience program was another highlight of the term, providing students with valuable opportunities to explore Melbourne, develop their independence and engage with learning in different environments. We have also seen our Work-Related Skills students participate in a range of valuable experiences, including White Card Training and First Aid incursions, helping students develop practical skills and prepare for future pathways.
Our Drama students had the opportunity to attend an excursion, while our students involved in Wakakirri worked incredibly hard in preparing and performing their production. Congratulations to all students who participated and represented Mickleham Secondary College so positively.
These events are only a snapshot of the many things that have taken place across the College this term. I would like to thank our staff for the significant time and effort they continue to invest in providing these opportunities for our students, as well as our families for their ongoing support.

Finally, I would like to wish all members of our College community a safe, restful and enjoyable break. I hope students and families have the opportunity to spend time together, recharge and enjoy some time away from the busyness of the school term.
