Clothesline Project

The Year 7’s participated in The Clothesline Project during the last week in October.

This project is an annual campaign to raise awareness to stop violence against women. As part of the Week Without Violence students were encouraged to create a t shirt with messages promoting respect, equality and safety in order to prevent family violence. The Week Without Violence campaign aims to raise awareness about family violence and services that can help, because everyone deserves to feel safe and respected. 

The Project was supported by Miriam Bilander and Jonni Ananiadis from Merri- Bek City Council Youth Services.
