Health and Wellbeing

Our Year Five students have been busy in Health and Wellbeing designing and creating their own board games to play with their Foundation buddies. The aim of the games is to teach younger students important health and safety messages in a fun and engaging way.
The board games focus on the five elements of health: exercise, healthy eating, mental health, hygiene, and rest. Students have been working hard to develop creative game boards, questions, challenges and activities that encourage healthy habits and positive lifestyle choices.
Students are currently in the process of designing, creating and testing their games. They have shown great creativity and teamwork as they work through the challenges of game design, ensuring their games are both fun and educational. We look forward to seeing the finished products and sharing them with their Foundation buddies later this term.
