Culture Day

Culture Day 2025

On Friday 28th March, we enjoyed our first casual clothes day for 2025 in celebration of Culture Day. Students dressed with pride in ways that represented their cultural heritage. The event highlighted the importance of valuing diversity, fostering respect, and developing a deeper appreciation for different traditions. During the brunch break, the A-Block courtyard came alive with a cultural market stall, offering a variety of delicious foods, including home-made sweets, pretzels and butter chicken spring rolls.

Students raised over $1,200, with all proceeds donated to the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC). The ASRC is a non-profit organisation that supports people seeking asylum by providing essential services such as food, legal aid, healthcare, education, and employment assistance. The event highlighted our College’s strong sense of community and appreciation for cultural diversity, making it a memorable day for all involved. We thank the school community for their generous contributions that made the day a great success!
