CSEN Interschool Athletics

Monday 8th of September saw students from MECS represent the school at the CSEN Interschool Athletics Carnival at Lakeside Stadium, the premier athletics track in Victoria.

Throughout the day, our students gave their best efforts and represented the school extremely well in both their skills and behaviour. The efforts of the students saw MECS achieve the schools best result at the CSEN competition coming 2nd in B division. This was a great achievement considering we were also missing some events with absent students! Next year, let's go one step further and aim to win B division to get promoted to A Division!

Our Girls U21 & U15 and our Boys U16 & U14 won B division for their age groups. We also must congratulate Adelaide C on being named 'Queen of the Track' for Girls B division as she achieved the most individual points of all females from each age group.
