STUDENTS OF THE WEEK

Welcome and Wominjeka!

Grade Fives have been in engaged in exploring the work of Tim Burton, thinking about his style and how he creates his characters. Together, we have worked through a process to create a Tim Burton inspired self-portrait. We followed the steps, thinking about our own faces and features, and included these aspects of ourselves in our work. We used monochromatic chalk pastels, which were quite dusty and messy, but also very satisfying. We’re so proud of our spooky artworks!!!
