When you look at the Inspire Kitchen Garden photos above they speak for themselves!  The students had a wonderful time preparing and eating pizzas using fresh basil, rosemary and bell peppers from the the garden.

The students in Food Tech have been learning how bees make honey and they loved making honey joys (you can find the recipe below).  Mrs Nestor also took some of the students out to the garden to sample the delicious mandarins.

Pumpkins and herbs were harvested from the garden to create pumpkin soup, herb scones and honey muffins.  The students learnt about the importance of bees and what they can do to protect them.  They were busy in the garden repotting salvias that will be planted to attract bees.
