Banksia House

Hello! I'm Aura from Banksia and currently holding Banksia's Year 11 SRC position. 

Being part of the Student Council is great. I get to improve my leadership skills and my peers at school get to buy yummy noodles at lunch and have House events organised! I love to get involved in SRC meetings and discuss upcoming events and plan them. 

This term, Banksia won first place in Athletics and I am so grateful for everyone's contribution regarding our victory. The House Chorals Competition was a great success and Banksia smashed it on the night. 

The most enjoyable thing about being SRC is being a part of the team, communicating with the rest of the leaders and having that fun but semi serious engagement meeting during lunch as we discuss fundraisers and charity.
