Book Week

Book Week is just around the corner, and GRPS will be celebrating during Week 6, Term 3 (17–21 August) with a range of exciting activities for students.

A highlight of the week will be our Book Week Dress-Up Parade on Friday 21 August, so it's time to start thinking about a creative costume inspired by a favourite book character!

If your child would like to participate in our "Reading in Cosy Places" Photo Challenge, please send your photo to Miss Hamilton.

Keep an eye out for the fantastic Book Week door displays that each class is creating. We can't wait to showcase everyone's creativity!

We would greatly appreciate donations of any pre-loved books for our annual Great Book Swap. Your donations will help make this event a success while supporting a wonderful cause.

We are also incredibly fortunate to welcome two wonderful Australian authors to our school. Morris Gleitzman will be visiting our Year 5 and 6 students, while Coral Vass will be presenting to our Year 1 and 2 students
