Youthrive Victoria is offering scholarship opportunities to support young people from rural and regional Victoria as they take the next step in their education or training.

Rural Chances Vocational Scholarships

Applications close: Midnight, Monday 19 October 2026

Valued at $6,000, with $5,000 provided directly to the successful recipient, these scholarships are available to young people aged 16–24 who will be studying a Certificate III or higher, or commencing an apprenticeship or traineeship in 2027.

The Rural Chances Scholarships help young people overcome the costs associated with vocational training, including travel, tools, equipment and course expenses. Recipients also benefit from mentoring, leadership development and networking opportunities to support their career journey.
