ART Term 4, 2025

2025 has been a full, happy, and creative year in the BPS Art room.

It has been wonderful to spend the year teaching and working with the children in the Old School House Art room. 

Our skill-based program with a full range of Art materials and resources that we have available to use, has been enriching for student Art learning and creativity.

I would like to congratulate all our students at B.P.S. for their enthusiasm, originality and the beautiful Artwork created this year in the Art room. 

Well done! We are certainly a highly creative cohort here at BPS.

I wish all our graduating Year Six students all the best in their future years as they transition to Secondary Schools. They take with them a wide range of Design and Art Skills built up over the years from Foundation to Year 6.

Art in Years 7 to 12 is exciting with new creative subjects: Graphic Design - Visual Communication, Media Studies, Photography, Textiles, Product design, Studio Arts, Wood Tech... the list goes on.

ART Captains 2025 

A big thank you to Elektra and Evie – Art Captains of 2025.

This year we have been extremely fortunate to have Elektra and Evie as our Arts Captains.

Not only are these two wonderful Captains creative and terrific Artists themselves, but they have shared their ideas and skills to help build an interesting Art program for their fellow students.

Thank you to Elektra and Evie for all their inspiring work and leadership both in the Art room and when presenting at Assembly. This year they have both been fabulous Art Captains and role models, throughout their Year 6.

Our BPS Art program runs smoothly with the support of our wonderful Art Captains.

I would like to thank Elektra and Evie for their fabulous work this year and wish them well for their future years at secondary school and beyond. Well done, Artists!
