Level 3

Literacy 

Students have been exploring their creativity by writing ghost stories and using descriptive language to engage their readers. They have also been reading texts about global issues to support their Inquiry projects. As part of this learning, students created their own rule or law to help address a global issue and explained how it could make a positive difference.

Numeracy 

In Numeracy, students have been learning about money through real-world problem-solving activities. They have practised calculating costs, making purchases, and working out change. Students have also collaborated with their peers to solve financial challenges, developing both their mathematical skills and teamwork.

Production 

On Monday 15th and Tuesday 16th of June, HEPS had their whole school production "Pirates of the Curry Bean". 

We are so proud of our Grade 3 students for their incredible performances across both nights. They worked so hard all term and truly outdid themselves.
