Canteen Volunteers

Thanks for the responses received to date – it's greatly appreciated and a roster can now be prepared.

If you’ve got some time and can offer your support for our school and students in the Canteen, come and join our team to ensure our Canteen can continue to deliver the very popular lunch order service we are very proud of. 

To run a successful service, a team of volunteers is required to assist with lunch preparation and delivery. It’s a wonderful service to the school and greatly appreciated by me. It’s also a great way to make friends and meet other parents. Children love to visit when Mum, Dad or Grandparent is helping in the Canteen.

Canteen volunteers are required on:

• Monday from 11.15am to 1.45pm,
• Wednesday from 9.00am to 1.45pm, and
• Friday from 9.00am to 1.45pm.

You will be on duty once or twice each term (approximately every four to six weeks) with me and at least one other volunteer. If you are unable to commit to a regular roster, or have a special request, such as being on a certain team or with a specific friend, these will be taken into consideration when the roster is created. 

EHPS is a Child Safe school and all volunteers are required to hold a current volunteer Working with Children Check (WWCC). Before volunteering for the first time, present your WWCC card, sign the Child Safety Code of Conduct Acknowledgement and complete the OH&S induction for volunteers at the School Office.
