Support for the Starlight Children's Foundation
An ENPS family takes action
The Starlight Foundation at the Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne is a cause very close to the hearts of so many families, including our ENPS community. The care, joy, and emotional support they provide to children and their families during some of the most challenging times is truly extraordinary.
One of our Foundation families feels very strongly about giving back to this very special cause, and Dante's mum Vanessa (class FKJ) is now donating part of the proceeds from her children’s book, The Adventures of Fufu The Toy Poodle, to the Starlight Children's Foundation.
Alongside this, Vanessa has also created an initiative to deliver 350 “Little Gift Bags” to children at the Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne, in partnership with the Starlight Children's Foundation.
They are now on a mission to donate 350 “Little Gift Bags,” each including:
A first-release copy of The Adventures of Fufu The Toy Poodle (Series 1)
A soft Fufu plush toy
Each bag is designed to bring comfort, joy, and a little brightness to children going through a tough time.
