Learning Across the
Junior School
Welcome back to Term 3. It has been wonderful to see the girls return with such enthusiasm, ready to embrace the opportunities and learning that a new term brings.
We are delighted to welcome 15 Mid-Year Reception students to the Loreto Junior School this term. These young learners have already embraced College life with confidence and joy, quickly settling into their new routines. They have already been participating in a range of activities, and their enthusiasm, curiosity and adaptability have been a joy to watch.
Our Reception Gold and Blue students proudly celebrated their 100 Days of Receptionthis week, marking an exciting milestone in their learning journey. The day was filled with fun and engaging activities centred around the number 100, including counting challenges, creative craft, writing tasks, and problem-solving activities.
The celebration also provided a wonderful opportunity for the girls to reflect on how much they have grown over the past 100 days. From developing new friendships and building confidence to strengthening their literacy and numeracy skills, the progress they have made has been remarkable.

Finally, I would like to kindly remind families that the Boarding House/ELC Car Park is strictly reserved for the Boarding House and ELC communities. To ensure safe and efficient pick-up arrangements, Junior School parents are asked to park in the adjacent side streets and walk to collect their children or alternatively, use the designated pick-up area at Talbot Grove. Your cooperation and support in following these guidelines are greatly appreciated.
