Contemporary springART Volunteers

Contemporary springART is only possible thanks to the support of our wonderful volunteers. In the lead-up to the exhibition, we are looking for members of our community to lend a hand at one of our "hang and bang" installation evenings, as well as assist during Opening Night and throughout the exhibition weekend.

No experience is necessary – just a willingness to get involved! Volunteering is a great way to meet other members of the Loreto community, experience this major event behind the scenes, and help bring one of the College's most anticipated annual events to life.

Please click here to view the volunteer SignUp link, or contact me if you have any questions, christina.fabbian@loreto.sa.edu.au or 0408 844 834.

Our 2025 Yearbooks are nearing production, and this year we are pleased to offer families the opportunity to purchase additional copies, so that each sibling can have a keepsake of their own. Additional copies are available for $45 each. We aim to have the Yearbooks delivered by early September.

As always, each family will receive one complimentary Yearbook, which will be distributed to the youngest Loreto student in the family.

Extra copies can be purchased here: https://events.humanitix.com/yearbook-2025-extra-copy

Keeping Our Community Healthy and Well

Dear Parents and Caregivers,

Welcome back to Term 3! We hope you and your daughters had a restful and enjoyable break. As part of Wellness Week next week we would like to remind everyone about looking after yourself and others.

We kindly ask that if your daughter is unwell with any infectious illness, she remains at home until she has fully recovered and is free of symptoms. This helps us protect the health and wellbeing of our entire school community, especially those who are immunocompromised.

Please notify both your daughter’s class teacher and the College Nurse by emailing healthcarecentre@loreto.sa.edu.au if your daughter is diagnosed with or experiencing symptoms of an infectious illness.

Common symptoms to watch for include:

· Fever

· Runny nose

· Cough

· Sore throat

· Vomiting

· Diarrhoea

· Headache

Please be aware that the infectious period can vary depending on the specific illness. For detailed and accurate guidance, we recommend consulting the SA Health guidelines.

Thank you for your continued support in helping us keep the Loreto community safe and healthy. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact the Health Care Centre at healthcarecentre@loreto.sa.edu.au

Warm regards,

Nurse Alice
