Willow Kelly (7 Jenkin)

Congratulations to Willow Kelly who competed at the Australian Claycourts Championships in the Under 12s at Canberra.

Henry Allan (9 Jones), Wil Anderson (9 Jenkin), Ashton Thompson-Hall (11 Millward) and Andreas Ginis (10 Riley)

Congratulations to Henry Allan, Wil Anderson, Ashton Thompson-Hall and Andreas Ginis who all qualified to compete at the Australian Age Championships on the Gold Coast in April. The three boys have been working extremely hard at their sport, training between 12-16 hours per week. 

Wil swam the 14yo 400m freestyle and came 39th. This was the fourth time Wil had swam this race after receiving the national time swimming in the top 10 during the Victorian State Championships. 

Andreas swam the 50m backstroke with the BESC 14-18yo medley relay team. The group was seeded 46th and maintained that position. 

Henry Allan swam the 50m butterfly and came 14th. He achieved bronze in the 200m backstroke, silver in the 100m backstroke and gold in the 50m backstroke. Henry was selected to swim backstroke in the Victorian state 13-14yo relay team, and they won silver.

Henry Allan (9 Jones)

Congratulations to Henry Allan who represented Bendigo East at the Australian Age Championships on the Gold Coast in April.  Henry brought home five medals in total including two silver in the 100m backstroke and the mixed medley relay and two bronze, including the 200m backstroke.
