McT3 Lunch Service

Our Year 11 VET Hospitality students undertook their very first lunch service of their course, serving a McDonald's themed meal with a Premium Sausage and Egg McMuffin and a Deluxe Chocolate Milkshake to staff and student.

Griffith City Asian Noodle Market (Part One)

Our Year 12 VET Hospitality students ended the term with a special a la carte lunch service for both staff and students, serving Japanese Red Miso Pork Ramen and Korean Japchae Beef Stir Fry Noodles.

 Employee of the Month

March 2023 Huge congratulations to Jessica McMaster for being selected as our Employee of the Month for March 2023! Jessica has been a role model as our Team Leader, training up young talents, management of team with rosters, and has been very proactive in striving for excellence in VET Hospitality classes. Jessica has also been nominated as the VET Student of the Year of MCC for her dedication and contribution to VET in our school. She will be moving onto the Riverina and hopefully NSW state championship in this national competition. Congratulations!

February 2023

Congratulations to Joy Mbithe for being selected as our very first Employee of the Month. Joy has helped out in the cafe during the busiest shifts, giving up her own time even when she is not rostered on, to serve all our orders to a high standard. Joy has never said no and has also assisted with training some of our newer members.
